A mobile-first application for on-site staff to scan attendees, track session access, and monitor real-time attendance.
The Check-in App is purpose-built for event day operations. Hosts and staff use it on-site to scan QR codes as attendees arrive, instantly verifying registrations in real time. Beyond entry scanning, it tracks access to individual sessions, workshops, and review meetings. This attendance tracking is essential — it enables the system to deliver accurate presence certifications and controls access to interactive features such as live chat and Q&A. The app works reliably even with intermittent connectivity, ensuring smooth operations regardless of venue conditions.

Attendee Portal
The self-service portal for participants and speakers to manage registrations, submissions, and event documents.
The Attendee Portal is the participant-facing application that accompanies attendees throughout their entire event journey. Before the event, participants register, submit papers, and manage their profiles. During the event, they access schedules, session details, and interactive features. After the event, they download all event-related documents including certificates of attendance, speaker certifications, and official attestations. Speakers also use this portal to track the status of their paper submissions and access reviewer feedback.
